Cancellation Policy

Paid plans start with a 3-day trial (a payment method is required), then renew monthly. You may cancel your ATS Resume Checker Pro ($9.99/mo) or Career ($19.99/mo) subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will keep full access to your paid features — such as unlimited resume scans and the AI re-writer — until that date. After cancellation, your account automatically moves to the Free plan ($0/mo), which includes 1 resume scan, a keyword list, and basic formatting checks at no cost.

Refund Policy

ATS Resume Checker is a fully digital service — there are no physical goods to return. Every paid plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund. After that window, payments for partially used billing periods are non-refundable; refunds are also considered for billing errors, duplicate charges, or documented technical failures that prevented use of the service. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
